BuoyantSolutions was founded by senior engineers who spent their careers inside enterprise technology — delivering systems for banks, government entities, and scale-up platforms across the region and internationally.
We saw the same pattern repeatedly: large consultancies winning work on the strength of their brand, then staffing projects with junior developers while the senior partners moved to the next sale. The client pays enterprise rates; they receive graduate-level execution.
We built BuoyantSolutions to offer a different model. No account managers. No junior staffing. No discovery calls that produce a 60-page deck and no deliverable. Just senior engineers who advise on your technology decisions and then build what they recommend — with full IP transfer at every milestone.

Architecture before code.
We write the design document, threat model, and milestone plan before a line of code is written. Every technical decision is justified in writing — so you understand what we are building and why.
Senior engineers only.
Every engagement is led and delivered by engineers with deep enterprise experience. There are no juniors on client work, no handoffs to a delivery team, and no bait-and-switch after the contract is signed.
You own everything.
Source code, infrastructure definitions, model weights, runbooks, and documentation are transferred to you at each milestone. We retain no IP and engineer no platform dependency.
